SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
At the June 13, 2017 Board Meeting the Board of Trustees awarded the design contract for the Erie Parkway Bridge Over Coal Creek to RockSol Consulting Group, Inc. At that time the Board of Trustees was notified that Staff will bring contracts back to the Board for the construction of this project. In addition to this resolution, on the agenda tonight is a Construct Management Contract for the construction of the Erie Parkway Bridge Over Coal Creek (Consent Agenda 18-377) and a resolution for Paying United Power for the relocation of their line and the installation of power and light poles for the project (Consent Agenda 18-378).
An Invitation to bid was posted on the Town's website for the Erie Parkway Bridge Over Coal Creek on September 7, 2018 to ensure that local contractors were notified about this project. No Erie contractors submitted bids.
