Approve the Resolution to authorize Town Staff to expend funds for United Power to construct facilities necessary to provide power for the High Zone Reuse Pump Station.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
At the August 22, 2017 Board of Trustees meeting, the Board approved the award of a construction contract to Velocity Constructors for the High Zone Reuse Pump Station.
Town Staff has been working with United Power to design facilities to provide power for the High Zone Reuse Pump Station. United Power has completed the design and has provided Town Staff with an invoice for the cost estimate for constructing the facilities.
Upon payment of the Invoice, United Power will schedule the installation of the facilities.
