Discussion of the revised 2026 Work Plan.

SUMMARY/KEY POINTS
With the changes and reduction of the Town Management team and additional unanticipated vacancies earlier this year, as well as intensifying drought conditions, staff informed the Council that it is necessary to reduce the items on the Work Plan this year. Staff are presenting a revised, pared down Plan for consideration. The Plan removes items staff cannot complete this year and adds some new pressing matters that are taking significant staff time.
Council should review and discuss this draft and make any changes. Staff will then bring the updated Work Plan to a Regular Meeting for Council approval.
