SUMMARY/KEY POINTS
• This amendment allows the Transportation Division to retain an on-call consultant for Development Review Services through the end of the year.
• Current Agreements expire at the end of April without this extension.
BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
This amendment will extend the existing 3-year development review contract until Dec. 31, 2026. The Town of Erie is allowed to extend this contract to be in place for a total of 5 years.
Staff is currently working through an Request for Proposals (RFP) process for a new group of on-call contracts for the next 3 years. It is not anticipated that an additional amendment will be needed. There are existing funds in the 2026 Budget for transportation development review services that will be utilized for this contract amendment.
