Per the Home Rule Charter, the Town Council must approve the appointment of members to all boards and commissions.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Resolution 26-083 appointing three (3) members to the Board of Adjustment to fill vacancies due to term expirations.

BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Recruitment to appoint members to the Board of Adjustment began on January 23, 2026 and concluded on February 27, 2026. The Town received three (3) applications for the three (3) vacancies. Town staff then reached out to a current member of the board who was serving as an alternate and asked if he would like to be reappointed to Seat 3 as a full member to which he responded that he would.
The Town Clerk verified that all three (3) applicants met the requirements to serve on this board and was able to come to this complete list of appointments for 2026:
