SUMMARY/KEY POINTS
The de-watering building is divided into two sides with one HVAC system. The west side of the building still houses the UV treatment process but the function of other side of the building has changed. The HVAC system must be replaced to serve the unique functions/processes of each area and improve indoor air quality.

BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The de-watering building at the North Water Reclamation Facility (NWRF) is separated into two large rooms served by one HVAC system. The UV treatment process and equipment remain on the west side of the building, but the screw press equipment and process was eliminated and equipment removed from the east side of the de-watering building. The complete removal of the existing HVAC system installation of a new Makeup Air Unit (MAU) system (Direct Expansion cooling, gas-fired heating) for the UV treatment portion of the building and a radiant tube heater system(s) for the
