BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
These applications propose a new fire station at the intersection of Erie Parkway and Meadow View Parkway. The Town has long anticipated that this parcel would be developed with a fire station. The original 2009 Flatiron Meadows Subdivision - Master Plat set aside this parcel for a future fire station. The Town zoned Flatiron Meadows including this property as Suburban Residential (SR) with a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Overlay in 2007, with amendments to this Flatiron Meadows PUD in 2016 and 2017.
