POLICY ISSUES:
Per the Town's purchasing policy and current contract agreement with ECI Site Construction Management, the contract needs to be amended to move the project from the pre-construction services phase of the project to the construction phase. The amendment will incorporate the guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for Phase 2, Package A of the site improvements and allow staff to expend budgeted funds.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Resolution to amend the Construction Manager At-Risk contract with ECI Site Construction Management, authorize the appropriate Town Officer to execute the agreement, and authorize staff to expend budgeted funds.
