SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
During the Board’s February 28, 2023 meeting, the Board considered several options to provide additional space for Town employees currently located in Town Hall and in leased space in Downtown, as week as Municipal Court and at the LAWS facility. The Board discussed various issues and asked staff to provide more detail on a 3-story new addition to and full renovation of Town Hall and come back with a funding plan. During the Board’s May 9 meeting, as part of the 1st Supplemental Budget amendment, staff proposed and the Board approved funding for this plan. This presentation will provide additional information on:
