Summary and Background of Subject Matter:
Lauren Davia, Equity and Innovation Intern, will present an overview of current housing conditions in Erie, an assessment of why affordable housing is necessary for a healthy and well-rounded community, and overarching approaches to tackle systemic issues collectively.
Presenting to the Board of Trustees is one of the professional growth opportunities for Lauren that Town staff has incorporated into her work. In this case it also provides an important update and overview of these issues for the Board and the community.
