SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Planning Commission will be reviewing and discussing a draft semi-annual report to the Board of Trustees.
The Town Clerk sent out an email reminder last week that the report should include a proposal for how much the Planning Commission would like in their budget for 2023. The Planning Commissions current 2022 budget total is $8,000.
Planning Commissioners should note that the report tentatively scheduled for the 8/23 Board meeting has been moved to the 9/13 Board meeting.
