Approve the amendment extending the initial terms for members of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Board (DEIAB).

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
On October 27, 2020 the DEIAB was established and added to Title 3 as Chapter 6. The initial members were set to a 1-year term ending on October 27, 2021.
On August 4, 2021, the DEIAB approved a recommendation for consideration by the Board of Trustees to extend the initial terms to coincide with all the other advisory boards and recruitment cycle.
On August 24, 2021, 4 new members were appointed to the DEIAB. This would extend those terms as well.
