SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Downtown Erie Business Association has identified several projects the organization would like to execute in 2021. They presented the four projects below to the Board of Trustees during a study session on August 17, 2021. Approving this resolution would formalize the Board’s agreement to fund these projects if that is the Board’s desire.
