SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
1. A vote was taken on June 22nd and the motion failed.
2. A Trustee who voted no will be moving that the vote will be reconsidered.
3. If the motion to reconsider passes, the matter will be scheduled for July 27th for a new vote (not a new public hearing).
4. No public comment will be allowed on the motion to reconsider.
