SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
In 2016 Tischler Bise and Associates prepared an Impact Fee Study, which the Town used to adopt and implement the Town’s current Impact Fees. The Town contracted with Tischler Bise to review and update the 2016 Study, and make recommendations based upon this review.
