SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
During the Board’s February 2, 2021 Study Session staff presented information regarding the pros and cons to permitting the sale of recreational and medicinal marijuana within Erie. The Trustees directed staff to conduct additional research to address the Trustees questions. Lucas Workman provided a Staff Memo to the Board of Trustees on 4/28/21. The Memo addressed questions that arose during the 2/2/21 Study Session.
