SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

In April of 2020, Rocksol provided an Erie Downtown Infrastructure Improvements Report for the Town of Erie. From this report, twelve different infrastructure improvement projects were identified to continue to support the growth and vitality of Downtown Erie. With the execution of the Boulder Creek Wee-Cottages development at Erie Commons, the Town will be able to issue bonds worth approximately $3-4M. This fund will not allow the Town to complete the work for all twelve infrastructure improvement projects. The community engagement is intended to inform, educate and receive comments on which projects are a priority for our community.
