SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Downtown Erie Business Association is a non-profit organization whose mission is to represent and advocate for Erie’s downtown businesses by creating an environment in which businesses can prosper. This organization was formed in 2020. Funding, planning, inspiration and guidance is directed through the participation of their members volunteering to work on projects of their choice.
