Approve resolution recommending that the Board of Trustees approve a Comprehensive Plan Map amendment.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Planning Division is recommending a Comprehensive Plan Map amendment to provide updates to the map to reflect:
• Land Use designation changes that have occurred through an approved zoning.
• A revision to the Airport Influence Area boundaries that was adopted in the 2019 Airport Master Plan.
• Updates to the status of schools on the map.
Additionally, a new detailed map section for Old Town has been added that is similar to what is found on the Zoning Map.
A public hearing notice was published in the Hometown newspaper on January 27, 2021.
