SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
In 2018, the Town adopted a new Airport Master Plan that altered the Airport Influence Area. The proposed Zoning Map amendment incorporates the new Airport Influence Area boundaries.
The public hearing was properly noticed in the Hometown newspaper on January 28, 2021.
