SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
In January 2021, the Planning & Development Department has started a monthly report of activity for the Board of Trustees that is presented at their last meeting of the month. Planning will be forwarding these monthly reports to the Planning Commission so the Commission may keep abreast of the activity occurring within the Planning & Development Department.
