Recommendation
The Historic Preservation Advisory Board approved the appointment of Joan Organ to the board at their November 16, 2020 meeting and recommends the Board of Trustees ratify the appointment.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Joan Organ applied during open recruitment in 2020. She was considered when a vacancy arose due to the resignation of Tony Fillius on August 19, 2020. If appointed, she will fill his term until April 2024.
