SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

On August 11, 2020, the Board of Trustees approved the purchase of this transformer from United Power. United Power needs a 10-foot wide and approximately 70-foot long easement in the southwest corner of the Erie Community Center parking lot to provide electrical power to the new transformer. The transformer will provide the appropriate electric load to power 4 dual-port electric vehicle charging stations. The easement is shown in the Grant of Easement as well as the attached Exhibit B, Design map.
