SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
At the April 9, 2019 meeting, the Board of Trustees awarded a contract to HDR Inc. for the design of the Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion. During the design of the expansion it was determined that the Wastewater Utility Master Plan needed to be updated in order to receive approval from the North Front Range Water Quality Association. HDR Inc. took on the task of preparing a new Wastewater Utility Plan within their existing design contract.
Fiscal Impact:
Master Plans help the Town plan for growth and financially for infrastructure improvements required due to either Development or for upgrades to existing systems.
