SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Colliers Hill Filing No. 5 Final Plat is located southwest of Colliers Boulevard and WCR 10. The property was originally platted in 2011 as Tract 12 of the Bridgewater Master Subdivision. Tract 12 was intended for Future Development. Colliers Filing No. 5 proposes 53 single-family lots, 7 Tracts, and associated right-of-ways on 20.50 acres.
The attached Resolution, provided for consideration by the Board of Trustees, accepts dedications on the plat and authorizes the appropriate town official to sign the document. In addition, the resolution approves the Colliers Hill Filing No. 5 Development Agreement which outlines obligations of the Town and the Owners.
The Planning and Development Director has conditionally approved the Colliers Hill Filing No. 5 Final Plat, contingent upon the acceptance of the dedications and development agreement by the Board of Trustees and the filing of appropriate documents with Town staff.
