SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

The Vista Ridge Filing No. 6, 2nd Amendment Final Plat is located north of Highway 7 and between Bonanza Drive on the west and the Blue Sky Condominium development to the east. The property was platted in 2013 as Tract A-1 of the Vista Ridge Filing NO. 6, 1st Amendment Subdivision.  Tract A-1 was noted as as future commercial development.

 

Filing No. 6, 2nd Amendment proposes the creation of 8 lots, and 5 tracts. The lots would be marketed to compatible commercial users consistent with the Vista Ridge PD.  A Development Agreement has been drafted to accompany the Final Plat which includes cost estimates for associated public infrastructure.
