SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Board of Trustees has requested to review and discuss the current setback standards from existing oil and gas wells. Current setback standards are described in the Unified Development Code chapter 10.6.14. The purpose of tonight’s discussion is to understand the Board’s intent for the project, interest in continuing to research this topic, potential effects of changes in 2021, and offer ideas of updating this portion of the UDC.
