STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation

Approve the Resolution granting said permanent utility easement agreement and authorize the appropriate Town officer to execute said permanent utility easement agreement.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

 

The Wild Rose subdivision needs to install a pump station for their storm drainage system.  XCEL needs a 10-foot wide and approximately 60-long easement in the Wild Rose subdivision Tract A to provide electrical power to the pump station.  The easement is shown in the Permanent Utility Easement Agreement as well as the attached location map.
