SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

The southwest corner in the circle drive along both the inside and outside of the drive lane

The west side near the miners memorial statute where the egress walkway meets the sidewalk parallel to the street

The northwest entrance area throughout square with a diamond inside area connecting the sidewalk areas.

Pursuant to Town Municipal Code Section 3-3-14 Certificate of Appropriateness Required, when a renovation to a historic designated location is made, the owner, in this case the Town, is required to submit a Certificate of Appropriateness application to the Historic Preservation Advisory Board. On July 27, 2020, the HPAB reviewed and recommended approval to the Board of Trustees with a condition to not coat the concrete between the stamped edges.
