SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The East Addition, Elrod Amendment Final Plat is located NE of the Kattell Street/Cheesman Street intersection in Old Town Erie. The property consists of two legal parcels. The project proposal calls for combining the parcels into one legal lot. The property contains portions of the 100-year flood plain for Coal Creek which are shown on the Final Plat document. Town Staff has asked the property owner to include levee access/drainage easements on the plat. The Board of Trustees is the approval body for all dedications proposed on plat documents.
