SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

On September 24, 2019 the Board of Trustees approved an Easement Agreement, Site Plan Amendment and Special Review Use for the installation of telecommunication equipment atop the Mountain View Fire Protection District Station # 6 at 50 Bonanza Drive.  The Site Plan Amendment and Special Review Use allows construction of a cupola addition to the existing Mountain View Fire station in order to house and conceal the Verizon Wireless Telecommunication Facility.  The approved easement across Town owned property allows the installation of telecommunication lines in Grandview Subdivision Tract B, which is between the fire station property and the Bonanza right of way.

Since the Board approved the easement in September, the applicant changed its corporate name, necessitating a new easement with the correct corporate name.  The applicant has provided the attached easement with the updated signatory.  There are no material changes to the easement agreement itself, and this action will simply update the document to include the new corporation name.
