SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Town of Erie through its legal counsel, Ken Fellman of Kissinger & Fellman, is in negotiations with Comcast to renew the current franchise agreement. Currently we are awaiting a new draft from Comcast and we are hopeful that once this is received negotiations can be completed within a month or two. Attached is a full memorandum from Ken outlining the current status of this process.
