SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
This agenda item includes the approval of the Development Agreement and acceptance of dedication on the Erie Highlands Filing No. 14 Final Plat and Erie Highlands Filing No. 15 Final Plat. Erie Highlands Filing No. 14 results in the creation of 60 lots for single family detached homes. Erie Highlands Filing No. 15 results in the creation of 43 lots for single family detached homes. These filings complete the platting of Erie Highlands Planning Area 8 and fully implement the preliminary plat which was approved by the Board of Trustees on December 8, 2019.
