Approve the Resolution accepting said permanent utility easement agreement and authorize the appropriate Town officer to execute said permanent utility easement agreement.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
On November 12, 2019 Board of Trustees approved the Wild Rose subdivision Final Plat on the consent agenda. Since that date, the staff in conjunction with the developer, identified the possibility of a future sanitary sewer line extension from the Wild Rose development to adjacent property. To accommodate this future connection and to eliminate the need in the future to cut into the pavement, curb and gutter and sidewalk, the developer has agreed to an extension of the sanitary sewer into Tract “D”. Since this sanitary sewer line will be owned by the Town, we need the easement that is being proposed.
This utility easement is in the Permanent Utility Easement Agreement as well as the attached location map.
