SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
To remain on schedule for our aggressive timeline, staff has scheduled this work session to enable developers who own or control property in the Town Center planning area to provide feedback to Town staff and the Board of Trustees on the revised Town Center Master Plan. Updated documents are attached to this agenda item and listed below. We ask everyone to please review the documents prior to the meeting and prepare comments/suggestions/edits you feel are critical to the execution of Town center for discussion during this meeting. We understand this is a short review period and appreciate your efforts to help throughout this process.
Staff will use the comments from this session to finalize the Town Center documents for consideration by the Planning Commission on March 4th, and for consideration by the Board of Trustees in a study session March 17th (along with other proposed amendments to the UDC) and final consideration by the Board on March 24th.
