Recommendation
Approve the Resolution to enter into said agreement, authorize the appropriate Town officer to execute said agreement, and authorize staff to expend budgeted funds.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Veris has successfully performed biosolids hauling and disposal services for the Town previously. The 2020 Operating Budget includes funds for annual maintenance service and supplies contracts. Each of the contracts allows for a renewal option for up to four consecutive years following the initial award (a total of five years). This is the first year of the contract. Subsequent renewal occurs when both the Town and Contractor/Vendor agree, and the increased price is no more than 2% of the previous year and performed work was satisfactory.
This service is used on an as-needed basis.
