SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The applicant requests annexation to the Town of Erie for property approximately 150.287 acres in size. The subject property is located south of Erie Parkway and west of County Road 7, and is generally described as a portion of the East One-Half Of Section 21, Township 1 North, Range 68 West. The annexation is known and the Swink Annexation. An annexation and development agreement accompanies the annexation.
