SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Compass Filing No. 4 is the final phase of the Compass subdivision. This agenda item includes the approval of the Development Agreement and acceptance of dedications on the Compass Filing No. 4 Final Plat. Also included as part of this agenda item is a License Agreement with the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District. This agreement was a condition of approval of the preliminary plat for Compass and is necessary since Town public road improvements will be constructed within a Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District easement. Lastly, the property owner/developer of Compass have agreed to grant the Town a utility easement so that the Town can construct and maintain a waterline within the property. The acceptance of this easement is the third component of this agenda item.
