SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
On November 12, 2019 the Board of Trustees reviewed, approved and accepted the Development Agreement (DA) and Final Plat for Flatiron Meadows Filing No. 13. However, staff discovered after that action the exhibits attached to the DA had errors. Specifically, the applicant did not include the exhibits referenced in the DA (legal description, improvements, and phasing plan). Staff has corrected the exhibits to address this issue and asks the Board to approve the corrected DA. There are no material changes to the DA itself, and this action will simply update the document to include the necessary exhibits that were omitted.
Approving this Development Agreement for the Flatiron Meadows Filing No. 13 Final Plat will allow 122 duplex lots and 22 tracts on 75.035 acres. The final plat is located southeast of North 111th Street and Limestone Drive. The property is zoned SR (Suburban Residential), and is within the Flatiron Meadows PUD overlay.
