SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Final Plat and the Development Agreement for Colliers Hill Filing 4D were approved by the BOT on September 10, 2019. The property was originally platted in 2017 as Tract Q of Colliers Hill Filing No. 4A. Tract Q was designated as Future Development on the plat. The Colliers Hill Filing No. 4D Final Plat area is is generally located on the southeast corner of Weld County Road 10 and Colliers Boulevard and includes 126 single-family lots, 7 Tracts, and associated right-of-ways on 27.28 acres.
The current owner of the property (Daybreak Recovery Acquisition LLC) wishes to convey the land associated with Filing No. 4D to Richmond American Homes of Colorado, a Delaware corporation. The attached Resolution, provided for consideration by the Board of Trustees, will assign all rights, improvement obligations, covenants, promises, and requirements under and pursuant to the Development Agreement for Colliers Hill Filing No. 4D Subdivision to Richmond American Homes of Colorado, Inc.
