SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Prior to the April 2018 Municipal Election, the Town of Erie entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement with Weld County for signature verification judges and a voter registration specialist. The addition of two judges trained in signature verification and a voter registration specialist was immensely valuable during the April 2018 Municipal Election. The Town would like to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement for signature verification judges and a voter registration specialist for the April 2020 Municipal Election.
