SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

Land Owner:                      Quattro Erie, LLC

                     1100 Jorie Boulevard, Suite 140

                     Oak Brook, IL 60523                     

 

Requested Action:                                          Acceptance of utility easement dedicated to the Town on the Coal Creek Center 4th Amendment Plat.

Purpose:                     The plat has subdivided Lot 5 into two lots. As part of this, the Town has requested the dedication of a utility easement to accommodate Town infrastructure.  This dedication must be accepted by the Town Board of Trustees.

 

Location:                     The subject property is located east of Mitchell Way and is generally described as a portion of Section 19, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the 6th Principle Meridian.

Compliance with Town Standards:

The subdivision has been found compliant with Town Standards and approved by the Director of Planning and Development.

Public Notice:

Public notice is not required for the acceptance of easement.
