SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

Requested Action: Acceptance of utility easement dedicated to the Town on the Coal Creek Center 4th Amendment Plat.
Purpose: The plat has subdivided Lot 5 into two lots. As part of this, the Town has requested the dedication of a utility easement to accommodate Town infrastructure. This dedication must be accepted by the Town Board of Trustees.
Location: The subject property is located east of Mitchell Way and is generally described as a portion of Section 19, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the 6th Principle Meridian.
