Approval of the Development Agreement and acceptance of dedications on the Wildrose Final Plat, which includes 118 single-family lots and 5 tracts on 86.493 acres. The final plat is located northeast of Jasper and Jay Roads. The property is zoned LR (Low Density Residential).
