SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
Approval of a Development Agreement and acceptance of dedications on the Rex Ranch Filing No. 2 Final Plat, which includes 63 single-family lots and 4 tracts on 40.17 acres. The final plat is located southwest of the Town of Erie Water Treatment Facility. The property is zoned LR (Low Density Residential) and is within the Rex Ranch PUD overlay.
