SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
At the August 20 study session, the Board reviewed the first draft of the updated UDC Chapter 12. The Board provided ideas regarding specific areas to study.
In addition, there was a public comment period for individuals or organizations who wanted to commend on the draft. The Board received all public comments on September 24.
Tonight we will review the updated draft and additional considerations from the Board.
