Approval of the Consent to Assignment for a Development Agreement, for the Colliers Hill Filing No. 4E Subdivision.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:

The Colliers Hill Filing No. 4E Final Plat is located north of Pinecliff Drive and Horizon Boulevard and includes 113 single-family lots, 3 Tracts, and associated right-of-ways on 58.03 acres.

 

The final plat and Development Agreement for Colliers Filing No. 4E will be heard by the Board of Trustees on September 10, 2019.  The current owner of the property (Daybreak Recovery Acquisition LLC) wishes to convey the land associated with Filing No. 4E to Richmond American Homes.  The attached Resolution, provided for consideration by the Board of Trustees, will assign all rights, improvement obligations, covenants, promises, and requirements under and pursuant to the Development Agreement for Colliers Hill Filing No. 4E Subdivision to Richmond American Homes.
