SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
At the August 20, 2019 Board of Trustee study session staff and special counsel Barb Green presented an updated draft of the Unified Development Code, Chapter 12 for initial Board comment. Attached to this agenda memo is a summary of the comments from this work session. Each of the topics listed will be written into a draft module.
With this staff memo, staff requests that the Board review the attached document and provide any additional items or comments.
Prior to any formal action on these items the Board will have the opportunity to discuss further in October.
