SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
The Colliers Hill Filing No. 4E Final Plat is located north of Pinecliff Drive and Horizon Boulevard and includes 113 single-family lots, 3 Tracts, and associated right-of-ways on 58.03 acres.
The property was originally platted in 2017 as Tract S of Colliers Hill Filing No. 4A. Tract S was designated as Future Development on the plat. The attached Resolution, provided for consideration by the Board of Trustees, accepts dedications on the plat and authorizes the appropriate town official to sign the plat and the Colliers Hill Filing No. 4E Development Agreement which outlines obligations of the Town and the Owners for Colliers Hill Filing No. 4E Final Plat.
The Planning and Development Director has conditionally approved the Colliers Hill Filing No. 4E Final Plat, contingent upon the acceptance of the dedications and development agreement by the Board of Trustees and the filing of appropriate documents with Town staff.
