SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
At the June 11, 2019 Board of Trustees meeting, information was presented and a discussion was held on a Policy Statement on behalf of the Board of Trustees.
Since the June 11th meeting staff and the Town’s oil and gas counsel have completed the draft oil and gas development policy statement for the Board to review (attached).
