SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND OF SUBJECT MATTER:
At the June 11, 2019 Board of Trustees meeting, information was presented and a discussion was held on the following topics:
• Senate Bill 181
• Town of Erie’s Unified Development Code, Chapter 12 - Regulations for Oil and Gas Operations
• Input for Community Outreach Plan
Since the June 11th meeting staff and the Town’s oil and gas counsel have completed the following for the Board to review (attached):
• Initial draft changes to the Unified Development Code, Chapter 12
• Community outreach plan
Tonight’s Study Session will cover the draft updates to the UDC Chapter 10.12.
